DAMA International Central Ohio Chapter (d.b.a. Buckeye DAMA & DAMA Ohio) is an affiliated chapter of DAMA International.  We are a dynamic organization within the Ohio Data Management Professionals community.

DAMA International Benefits Trifold

We provide programs featured by national (when possible) and local speakers on relevant topics without the need to hassle with airlines, hotels and time away from the family. Our Chapter was started in 2001 by a dedicated group of data professionals who came together to start a local chapter of DAMA International. We are a not-for-profit, vendor-independent, professional organization dedicated to furthering the understanding of the field of data management and information resource management by providing educational opportunities and supporting an open forum addressing issues related to this field.

Some of the objectives for the Chapter are:

• Supporting an open forum for exchange of information, problems, ideas, experiences and resources.
• Sponsor conferences, workshops, and special interest groups to further the purpose of the chapter.
• Help Data Management professionals become more knowledgeable and skilled in their profession.
